Incorrect shipping address:
Kindly ensure you provide Adovz with the correct shipping address. The customer
will be responsible for shipping and the delivery cost of a package returned

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds/exchange on orders. Any product once received by you, can only be returned to us for a refund or replacement if:
You received a damaged/faulty product;

The photos or video of the defective product(s).

We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement, as soon as the problem is confirmed. You will be responsible for all cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
