After every shipping, Adovz will confirm delivery to the provided address and
provide tracking information, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information for
the customer.
Please know that Adovz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the
delivery to the address entered for the order confirmed.
Incorrect shipping address:
Kindly ensure you provide Adovz with the correct shipping address. The customer
will be responsible for shipping and the delivery cost of a package returned
for incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds/exchange on orders. Any product once received by you, can only be returned to us for a refund or replacement if:
You received a damaged/faulty product;
You received a wrong product.
If you received a damaged product, please contact us with proof as below:
The photos of original package with front and back sides.
The photos or video of the defective product(s).
The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective product.
We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement, as soon as the problem is confirmed. You will be responsible for all cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Shipping Policy
Our shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US. This does not include weekends or holidays. We will send you tracking numbers
via email after your order has been processed.
