Due to the nature of Adovz products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
Any product once received by you, can only be refunded if:
- You received a damaged/faulty product;
- You received a wrong product.
If you received a damaged product, please contact us with proof as below:
- The photos of original package with front and back sides.
- The photos or video of the defective product(s).
- The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective product.
We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement, as soon as the problem is confirmed. You will be responsible for all cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
